Before you start your Muay Thai sessions, we recommend that you fuel up on carbohydrates and other foods that are slow to digest.

Carbohydrates are a great source of energy and eating lots of them before your sessions will give you the energy you need in the gym.

It is also important that you drink enough water after the training to ensure that you stay hydrated.
