This unique class concept “Muay Thai MMA” provides a larger option in terms of striking like the takedown and sprawling. The typical class starts with 10-15 min of body weight conditioning with the Kettlebell, followed by 30 min of technical striking on pads and the last part which is safe structured sparring drills to practice specific techniques.
